We are very happy with the work Ken and HSW did. They were very prompt, came the same day to take a look at the basement, and installed the system a week later. Our radon went from over 40 to 2 pCi/l. The system is quiet and less ubstrusive than I thought... and there was no clean up at all. The whole process was quicker and easier than I expected

Finding high levels of radon in our water, especially during the sale of our house, was a stressful situation. Ken did an outstanding job minimizing our stress and costs as well. Not only was he able to come see us the day we called, he gave us a very reasonable estimate on the spot. More importantly, he recommended just addressing the water radon first, to see if that reduced the air radon... Upon retesting the fix for the water radon, our air level was fine. He saved us nearly $2,000 by his advice. When it came time to do the work, he was on time, did a fantastic job and his estimate was right-on. Overall, we could not be happier with Ken and HSW! In the process of selling our home, we were shocked and surprised that our buyer's home inspection revealed a high level of radon gas in our home (>10pCi/L). Mitigation of this problem was a critical contingency for the sale of our home and we had to resolve it quickly... Ken at HSW Radon Contractors was by far the first to respond and he provided a reasonable written quotation within hours. Ken installed the mitigation system in a professional, courteous, neat and efficient manner several days later. The system reduced the radon level in our home to less that one-tenth of the pre-mitigation reading and along with HSW's 5 year warranty to ease our buyer's mind, the transaction for the sale of our home closed without a hitch.
